This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse Group Ltd (C-11482), as controller, processes personal data of QuantFlow users.

1. Data controller
Controller: Pulse Group Ltd, Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro MH 96968, Wyspy Marshalla (registration number: C-11482, VAT/TIN: MH3687197).

2. Categories of data
Depending on use we may process:
• identity and contact data (login/nickname, email, optional name, Telegram, date of birth);
• account and transaction data (balance, deposits, withdrawals, history, subscriptions, verification status);
• technical logs (IP or fingerprint/hash, user-agent, timestamps, session IDs, security events);
• support communications;
• marketing preferences only with consent.
We do not require special-category data under GDPR Art. 9 for standard panel use.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to:
• perform the Platform contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b));
• settle deposits/withdrawals and meet legal accounting duties (b and c);
• AML/KYC, fraud prevention and security (c and f. legitimate interests);
• system notices and complaints (b and f);
• service analytics needed to maintain the product (f), unless separate consent is required;
• marketing only with consent (a), withdrawable at any time.
Legitimate interests include protecting the Platform, pursuing claims and preventing abuse.
4. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to processors: hosting/cloud, email, security tools, IT infrastructure and, if used, payment processors. only as needed and under processing agreements.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data for third-party marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use GDPR-compliant mechanisms (e.g. SCCs, adequacy decisions or other lawful safeguards). Details are available via [email protected].
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active and thereafter as needed for settlements, tax/AML duties, limitation periods and security.
Technical logs are usually kept 12-24 months unless investigations or law require longer. When the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is mandatory.
7. Security
We apply measures appropriate to risk: HTTPS, access control, password hashing, backups, login monitoring and admin restrictions.
No system is perfectly secure. Use a strong unique password and protect the email linked to your account.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure (within legal limits), restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and withdrawal of consent.

9. Complaints to a supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Users elsewhere in the EEA may contact their local authority.
10. Children
The service is not for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If such an account is found, we may delete or restrict it and erase related data unless law requires otherwise.
11. Marketing and communications
System messages (security, deposit/withdrawal status, material Terms changes) may be sent without separate marketing consent because they relate to the contract.
Marketing requires consent, withdrawable anytime (message link or [email protected]), without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal.
12. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated. The last-change date appears at the top. Material changes will be shown in the panel or by email. Continued use after publication means you have reviewed the current text.
