These Terms of Service govern use of the QuantFlow platform operated by Pulse Group Ltd (registration number: C-11482, VAT/TIN: MH3687197), registered address: Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro MH 96968, Wyspy Marshalla.
By registering, signing in, depositing funds, starting BOT AI or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and the related Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Definitions and acceptance
In these Terms:
• Platform / Panel. the QuantFlow service and related account, balance, bot, history, deposit and withdrawal features;
• Operator. Pulse Group Ltd;
• User. a natural person holding an account;
• BOT AI. automated or semi-automated trading / simulation features in the panel;
• Balance. the USD/USDT (or equivalent) balance shown in the panel.
Acceptance occurs by registration, required acknowledgements, or continued use after publication of changes. The Operator may require re-confirmation for material changes.
2. Operator and nature of the service
The provider is Pulse Group Ltd, registered in Wyspy Marshalla under number C-11482 (VAT/TIN: MH3687197). Contact: [email protected].
The Platform lets you manage your account and balance, configure and run BOT AI, view history and use support features.
QuantFlow and Pulse Group Ltd do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or guaranteed investment products. Site, panel and communication content is informational and tool-based only. No result, chart or message is a recommendation to buy or sell assets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity.
Use is prohibited where local law forbids it or requires a licence the Operator does not hold. The Operator may restrict access by country, region or IP.
You represent that funds used on the Platform come from lawful sources and that you do not act for sanctioned persons or entities.
4. User account
Registration requires the details requested in the form (including login/nickname, email, password) kept up to date. Nicknames may be standardised under Platform policy (e.g. brand prefix + digits); material changes will be shown in the panel.
You are responsible for login confidentiality and all account activity. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay.
One account per person is the rule. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, bonuses, blocks or AML rules is forbidden. The Operator may merge, suspend or delete linked accounts.
5. BOT AI, results and marketing materials
BOT AI runs according to parameters and strategies available in the panel (including simulation modes and/or market data integrations, as currently offered).
Historical results, examples, landing statistics, activity feeds and promotional materials do not guarantee future profits and may be aggregated, anonymised or illustrative. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Starting, stopping and choosing bot tier is solely your decision. The Operator may change, limit or disable BOT AI features for technical, legal or business reasons, with reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Balance, deposits and crypto networks
Deposits follow panel instructions (network, address, minimums, waiting times). You are fully responsible for choosing the correct network and details. Funds sent to a wrong address, wrong network or after an order expires may be permanently lost.
Panel balance is an operational ledger for the service, not a bank deposit or guaranteed savings product. The Operator may require confirmation, extra information or delay crediting pending verification.
7. Withdrawals, limits and verification
Withdrawals go to the wallet you provide, subject to limits, cooldowns, fees and security procedures shown in the panel.
The Operator may hold, delay, limit or reject a withdrawal for inconsistent data, suspected abuse, KYC/AML needs, technical issues, force majeure or legal requirements, and may request ID, source-of-funds or other information.
Timing depends on blockchain networks and internal checks; panel estimates are indicative only.
8. Fees, commissions and subscriptions
The Operator may charge commissions on certain bot operations, subscription or one-time access fees (including VIP if offered), and other fees disclosed before purchase.
Prices and terms are shown before confirmation. Fees already due or used packages may be non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Pricing for future periods may be updated with reasonable notice.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not, among other things:
• use the Platform for illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion;
• attack, scan, overload or reverse-engineer beyond permitted use;
• run scrapers or external bots that abuse APIs or bypass controls;
• impersonate the Operator, QuantFlow or other users;
• promote false “guaranteed profit” claims in the Platform’s name;
• exploit vulnerabilities. report them to [email protected] promptly.
Breach may lead to immediate suspension, fund holds pending review and reports to authorities.
10. Suspension, freeze and deletion
The Operator may suspend, freeze, limit withdrawals or delete an account for Terms breaches, suspected fraud/AML issues, failed verification, legal requirements or security threats.
You may request account closure via [email protected], subject to legal retention duties and settlement of outstanding obligations.
11. Intellectual property
The QuantFlow name, logos, panel layout, texts, graphics, code and marketing materials belong to the Operator or licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal use under these Terms.
Copying, reselling, public redistribution or derivative works without written consent is prohibited, except as mandatory law allows.
12. Liability, disclaimers and force majeure
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent allowed, Pulse Group Ltd is not liable for losses from crypto market moves; your decisions; wrong addresses/networks; blockchain, exchange, hosting or connectivity failures; third-party acts; lost passwords; or force majeure.
Total Operator liability to you for claims related to the service is limited to fees you actually paid the Operator in the 12 months before the event (or a lower amount if law allows). Where exclusions are not fully enforceable, limits apply to the widest extent permitted.
13. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected] or panel support with your login, description and evidence. Complete complaints are typically reviewed within 14 business days (complex cases may take longer with notice).
These Terms and the relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws of Wyspy Marshalla, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
Parties will seek amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes are heard by courts competent for the Operator’s registered seat, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
14. Changes and final provisions
The Operator may amend these Terms for legal, technical, security or business reasons. Material changes will be communicated via panel, email or Platform notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and close your account.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Risk Disclosure, form the agreement on Platform use.
